Processing time

Since each item is handmade to order,  production time varies. Generally speaking, all orders ship within 5-10 days of receipt. Please see individual items for estimated ship times. If you need an expedited order please contact us to arrange. Rush fees may apply.

Repeated shipping terms:

- If a customer didn’t pick up a parcel in time, and it was sent back to us, a customer will have to pay additionally for the second shipping, after which we will send it again.

- If a customer didn’t pick up a parcel on time, it was sent back to us and a customer refuses to arrange the repeated shipping (within 2 weeks since we received it back) - the order gets annulled with no refunds.

Estimated shipping times

Due to the ongoing full-scale war in Ukraine, customs may take more time to process shipments and release them for further delivery.

Free shipping:

United States: 7-16 Days

Canada: 5-21 Days

United Kingdom: 5-15 Days

New Zealand : 7-21 Days

Europe: 7-21 Days

Rest of the World: 7-30 Days

We do not ship to russia.

Expedited Shipping

1-3 weeks to most destinations. Average cost is 5-10 USD. If you want this option, please, write us at besexstore@gmail.com

A tracking number will be emailed when the order ships. 

Customs and import taxes

The customer will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
